Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Palantir Engineer with 9 12 years of experience to lead the development of data-driven solutions using the Palantir Foundry ecosystem. This role is highly specialized in Geospatial Data Analysis, utilizing Palantir AIP (Artificial Intelligence Platform) and the Work Model to transform complex datasets into strategic business intelligence. Based onsite in Milwaukee, you will be responsible for architecting geospatial integrations, building predictive models, and streamlining collaborative workflows to support heavy equipment and industrial operational goals.

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills
Palantir Platform Engineering
Foundry & AIP Implementation: Lead the end-to-end development of data solutions, leveraging Palantir Foundry for data integration and AIP for advanced AI-driven insights.
Work Model Optimization: Utilize the Palantir Work Model to streamline team workflows, improve collaboration, and ensure consistent data methodologies.
Pipeline Management: Oversee the integration of diverse data sources into existing systems to improve accessibility and usability across the organization.
Geospatial Analytics & Data Science
Geospatial Expert: Provide expert analysis of complex geospatial datasets to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
Predictive Modeling: Develop and support predictive models using geospatial data to forecast trends and industrial outcomes.
Standardization: Ensure all geospatial data management and analysis adhere to industry standards and best practices.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to understand their specific geospatial data needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of data analysis processes and tool utilization.
Mentorship & Training: Facilitate workshops and training sessions to elevate the team's proficiency in Palantir tools and geospatial methodologies.
