Job Summary

  • Change Planning & Execution:
  • Define and execute end-to-end change management plans aligned with business goals. Assess change impact and recommend appropriate engagement strategies.
  • Deliver on all change areas: stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, readiness, communications, training, and reinforcement. Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Develop strong relationships with executive sponsors, program teams, and functional partners. Engage with business and IT teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across functions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, Field Readiness, Enablement, and BCM teams.
  • Communication & Training:
  • Create and manage communications across various levels using diverse formats (email, PPT, video, infographics). Assess training needs and support content development to ensure user readiness.
  • Continuous Improvement: Incorporate feedback and lessons learned from other programs. Adjust plans based on evolving business needs. Metrics & Reporting: Establish and report on key metrics (readiness indicators, adoption rates, etc.). Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support post-release through office hours, training updates, and communication touchpoints.

Must Have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational change management.
  • Practical experience implementing people, process, and technology change.
  • Proven expertise in change management principles and their application.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for diverse formats (email, PPT, newsletters, video, etc.).
  • Experience engaging cross-functional teams (business & IT, stakeholders, end users).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational change management.
  • Practical experience implementing people, process, and technology change.
  • Proven expertise in change management principles and their application.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for diverse formats (email, PPT, newsletters, video, etc.).
  • Experience engaging cross-functional teams (business & IT, stakeholders, end users).
  • Stakeholder engagement and end-user adoption planning.
  • Ability to assess change impact and readiness and recommend engagement strategies. Collaboration across functions and organizational levels. Ability to influence without authority. Comfort working in ambiguous, evolving environments (resilience and flexibility). Experience reporting on metrics and indicators related to change adoption.
  • Post-release support experience (e.g., office hours, training revisions).
  • Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP). Experience with Adobe Suite (especially for visual storytelling or communication collateral). Intermediate or advanced graphic design skills. Experience with Field Technology. Experience working on enterprise-level programs. Familiarity with tools like SharePoint, Wiki platforms for communication. Experience with change enablement tools or platforms (optional but beneficial).
