Position : Kafka Admin
Experience : 9+ years
Location : Jersey City, NJ, Delaware, Tampa. FL

8+ years of hands-on Kafka administration experience in a production environment.
Strong experience with Confluent Kafka platform and ecosystem tools.
Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems and scripting (Bash, Python, etc.).
Familiar with Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams, KSQL, and distributed data pipelines.
Knowledge of container orchestration systems (Kubernetes, Open Shift) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Understanding of monitoring/logging tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, etc.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Helm, or Ansible.
Knowledge of networking, load balancing, and high-availability systems.
Solid grasp of authentication, authorization, and data encryption techniques.
