Senior Full Stack Developer (Ruby / MongoDB / Elasticsearch / Vue.js)

Our Client is a fast-growing, VC-backed startup transforming how the travel industry works. They ve raised from top VC investors and are scaling fast.

We re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and help us build the next generation of our platform. This is a high-impact role where you ll own features end-to-end and shape the technical direction of a product used by leading travel companies.

What you ll do:

• Build, scale, and maintain full-stack applications using Ruby, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and Vue.js
  
• Collaborate with product and design to deliver user-focused features
  
• Optimize search, reconciliation, and reporting workflows for performance
  
• Contribute to architecture and long-term technical strategy
  
• Lead a small tech team
• Ensure reliability, security, and scalability across the stack
  

What we re looking for:

• 10+ years of experience building web applications
  
• Prior experience working with startups or in a fast paced environment.
• Strong experience with Ruby
  
• Solid hands-on knowledge of MongoDB and Elasticsearch
  
• Frontend expertise with Vue.js
  
• Experience designing and consuming APIs
  
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills
  

Nice to have: GraphQL, Docker/Kubernetes, cloud (AWS/Google Cloud Platform), performance optimization at scale.
