Job Details

Role: Sr Full Stack Java Developer - W2 Role

Location: Plano, TX / Columbus, OH (Onsite)

Need 10+ Years (H1B transfers are acceptable)

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot
  • Build backend services to support Account Utilities – Backoffice workflows, ensuring smooth data flow to UI client apps
  • Implement data ingestion pipelines using Kafka for real-time and batch processing
  • Work with NoSQL databases (Cassandra) to design efficient data models and queries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI, QA, DevOps) to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for scalability and resilience
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Java (8 or above)
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot for API development
  • Solid understanding of REST API design principles
  • Experience with Cassandra or other NoSQL databases
  • Knowledge of Kafka for data ingestion and event-driven architecture
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in collaborative, agile environments
