- Ensure alignment with agency security, compliance, and performance requirements (e.g., FedRAMP, ATO, FISMA)

- Track project milestones and proactively escalate risks to ensure success across technical, schedule, and contractual dimensions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, project tooling, and stakeholder communication practices

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience managing technical programs, ideally in federal IT consulting environments

- Deep understanding of the Software Development and DevSecOps lifecycle, including automation, IAC, CI/CD, and continuous monitoring
- Experience delivering programs to federal agencies with working knowledge of FedRAMP, ATO processes, and NIST frameworks
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, technical stakeholders, and evolving priorities

- Preferred certifications: PMP, SAFe, Agile; Cloud certifications a plus (e.g., AWS CCP, Azure Fundamentals)
