Job Details

Leader in their industry, our exciting global SaaS construction platform client seeks a contract Customer Data and Insights Manager. This is a fully remote role. Strategically design, architect, and govern the VoC Data Mart, simplifying complex data integrations and future-proofing our infrastructure for corporate data strategies.

Contract Duration: 6-Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Demonstrated experience with relational databases and the complexities of establishing data relationships between disparate systems; SQL proficiency required
  • Keen eye for accuracy and detail in managing data architecture
  • Experience with data visualization tools, Tableau experience
  • Significant knowledge in ETL processes, ability to create and manage your own ETL processes
  • Experience with systems integrations fundamentals
  • Demonstrated data architecture experience in a B2B environment, preferred
  • Experience with DBT processes - ability and willingness to be the expert on the team
  • Qualtrics experience preferred, willingness and ability to learn Qualtrics required
  • Independent and curious in nature with a clear ability to recognize where your knowledge limitations are and when you need to seek guidance
  • Belief in ownership of your role and take initiative to find opportunities, develop plans that inspire others, and ensure execution through measured results
  • Thrive in an environment that encourages openness
  • Experience with Python and Databricks
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
  • Apply advanced analytical judgment and deep domain expertise to uncover nuanced, non-obvious insights from disparate datasets, transcending automated correlations to drive strategic decisions.
  • Drive the strategic vision and evolution of our VoC data integration framework, designing resilient, scalable infrastructure that anticipates future needs and technological shifts.
  • Curate and interpret Quarterly VoC reporting to tell compelling, human-centric stories, synthesizing complex data into clear narratives that reveal nuanced wins, challenges, and opportunities beyond raw data.
  • Partner proactively with stakeholders to deeply understand operational needs, then architect bespoke data pipelines to precisely capture critical data events and address business challenges.
  • Establish proactive, adaptive methodologies for data pipeline management, anticipating and strategically responding to upstream data shifts for long-term stability and integrity.
  • Collaborate to co-create impactful and ethically sound data visualizations, ensuring compelling stories while upholding high standards for confidentiality, ethical representation, and analytical rigor.
  • Champion innovative AI applications to enhance customer storytelling with profound understanding and empathy, exploring new frontiers in AI-driven insights while ensuring a human-centered CX approach.
