IT Infrastructure Project Manager

We're seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to oversee and optimize IT technical operations, ensuring stability, scalability, and efficiency across our infrastructure environment. This role will lead critical infrastructure initiatives, drive cross-functional collaboration, and keep our systems secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs.

• Manage and oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, including servers, networks, cloud services, storage, and related systems.

• Lead infrastructure projects such as upgrades, migrations, integrations, and new technology implementations.

• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of IT systems that support business operations.

• Develop, implement, and maintain operational standards, procedures, and documentation for IT infrastructure.

• Collaborate with application, security, and business teams to align infrastructure with organizational goals.

• Manage vendor relationships and external partners to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions and services.

• Monitor system performance, capacity, and risk; proactively implement improvements and ensure compliance with policies.

• Provide clear updates, reporting, and recommendations to IT leadership and stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management or IT operations leadership.

• Strong technical background across servers, networks, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms.

• Proven ability to lead infrastructure projects and ensure operational excellence.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to influence across teams.

• Familiarity with ITIL practices or infrastructure service management frameworks.

• Project management experience (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

• PMP, ITIL, or other relevant certifications.

• Experience with cybersecurity best practices, monitoring tools, and disaster recovery planning.
