Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Cable Technician with experience in low voltage cabling and DC power systems to support ongoing telecom infrastructure projects. This is a long-term opportunity with hands-on training, exposure to high-standard industry practices, and the chance to work alongside a seasoned team. Candidates should be comfortable with travel, team-based lodging, and working in dynamic environments. Experience with 48V systems, battery maintenance, and structured cabling is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, terminate, and remove fiber and low voltage cables
  • Perform battery maintenance including cell replacement, grounding, and strapping
  • Build and support DC power systems including 48V installations
  • Route and secure cabling through raceways, superstructures, and support systems
  • Operate tools such as hydraulic crimpers, cable cutters, and heat guns
  • Read and follow technical documentation and schematics
  • Assist with installation in Central Office, Headend, or wireless environments
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism
  • Participate in team-based travel and lodging arrangements for project work

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
