Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid On-site 1 day per week)
Top Skills Required:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong experience with OmniScript and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Proven success working on large projects with cross-functional teams
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- CI/CD tools and processes
- Jira, Confluence, SharePoint
- Salesforce (SFDC) tools and version control (e.g., GitHub)
- WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance
- AWS experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using LWC, Apex, OmniScript, and more
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, analysts, and QA teams
- Support all phases of development: design, coding, testing, and documentation
- Work on integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
- Mentor junior developers and review code
- Create and maintain technical documentation
Certifications Required:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
- OmniStudio Developer Certification
