Learning And Development Communications Manager

This role involves a mix of instructional design, learning and development, corporate communications, and social media writing. Previous experience supporting IT groups.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop instructional materials, infographics, and course curriculum.
• Write and manage newsletters, social media posts, and internal communications.
• Coordinate activities, schedule meetings, and host webinars.
• Update and maintain SharePoint sites and PowerPoint presentations.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and stakeholders to support the Architecture Program.
• Create a sense of community among architects through various communication channels.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in instructional design, learning and development, and corporate communications.
• Strong writing skills and ability to create engaging content.
• Familiarity with technology components such as SharePoint, SAP, Workday, and enterprise architecture.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and ability to work with templates.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr.
