Job Title : Sr. Workday Technical Consultant
Location : Remote
Duration : Long Term
Job Description:
- Lead all phases of Workday integrations: from requirement gathering to development, including complex reporting and data initialization.
- Build and manage complex integrations using Workday Studio.
- Implement authentication mechanisms and third-party integrations with EIB.
- Develop and deliver advanced and matrix reports for critical business needs.
- Support headcount management and various staffing processes to ensure alignment with business goals.
Skills & Expertise:
- Proficient in Workday Studio Integration and Workday Reporting.
- In-depth experience with EIB for third-party integrations.
- Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Workday security protocols, authentication mechanisms, and data handling.
- Familiarity with Workday Core HCM modules and related staffing processes.
- Ability to work as an individual contributor while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
