Job Details
Support and manage the SAP and related infrastructure for Finance systems, ensuring performance, availability, and alignment with business goals. The core ERP is SAP S/4HANA 2023 hosted on AWS, with plans to upgrade to 2025.

Responsibilities
Maintain SAP infrastructure to meet SLAs
Monitor systems during critical financial periods
Manage in-house and third-party support teams
Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and disaster recovery
Collaborate with application teams and stakeholders
Lead SAP upgrades and infrastructure projects
Ensure system health, performance, and availability
Manage vendor contracts and dependencies
Provide project tracking and status updates
Work with cloud, security, and DevOps teams
Skills & Experience Required
7+ years in SAP Basis administration (preferably S/4HANA)
Experience with SAP tools: Solution Manager, CHARM, Cloud ALM, BTP, SAC, etc.
AWS infrastructure expertise (compute, storage, networking)
3+ years in project management
Team and vendor management experience
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
Ability to troubleshoot, research, and recommend solutions
High motivation and continuous learning mindset
