The Collibra Developer will be a technical developer generalist, focused on integrations and workflows for the data governance platform, Collibra.


The Collibra Developer will design, develop, and implement technical integration and automation solutions to enable data governance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Implement technical solutions in Collibra:


Workflows


Data Catalog integrations


Application integrations


Act as an escalation point for support requests and sysadmin tasks


Gather requirements, scoping, discovery


Translate business requirements into technical requirements


Stay up to date on new Collibra features and products, including the Java and REST APIs


Coordinate with the vendor on issues and feature requests


REQUIRED SKILLS:


5+ years programming experience


5+ years enterprise software application development

Strong meeting facilitation skills as well as presentation skills.

Experience in Agile methodologies

skills: PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or other related major, or equivalent work experience


- Experience working in a healthcare environment preferred


- General knowledge of hospital operations, patient management, the interrelationship of systems, and how technology enables business processes


- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of backend database configuration and processes
