Marketing System Specialist

Essential Functions:

• Lead for Quarterly User audits on all Marketing Systems application – Adobe Assets,
• Lead for entering, tracking and finalizing all user Marketing Systems application access tickets
• Marketing Vendor setup in Vendor Management Data System
• Create desk side coaching guides for end users (step-by-step training guides)

Secondary Functions (based on experience):

• Responsible for end-user Communications related to system failures, upgrades and modifications.
• Troubleshooting Adobe WorkFront user access issues or reported UI issues
• Process mapping business workflows

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong Microsoft skills – focusing on Excel, Outlook, Teams & SharePoint
• Expert communication skills – Communicates clearly, efficiently & in a timely manner
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Expert in systems management and optimization
• Experience with software the following software as an end or power user Adobe WorkFront & Assets is helpful, but not necessary
• Experience using project management tools to track and complete tasks

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or 3- 5 years of work experience

Supervision: Needs to be able to work independently while also able to identify the need for alignment and collaboration within the Marketing Systems Team.
