Job Details

Our client in the Dallas-Fort Worth area is seeking a full-time M365 Specialist to join their team.

This is a hybrid/ full-time/direct-hire position
Salary based on experience: Starting at $60k


Objectives & Responsibilities:

  • Support and administer M365 environment.
  • Support and administer Microsoft Defender for O365.
  • Support and administer Microsoft InTune environment.
  • Provide guidance on best practices.
  • Monitor for security risks (i.e. safe links, safe attachments, MFA, Defender).
  • Troubleshoot issues (i.e. email delivery, etc.)
  • Support L1 Team User & Group administration.

Skills:

  • 5+ years experience
  • Experience in Exchange Online administration.
  • Experience in SharePoint Online administration.
  • Experience in Teams administration.
  • Experience in Security administration (Email & Collaboration).
  • Experience in Compliance administration (DLP, Information Protection, Data Lifecycle Management, Vulnerability Remediation).
  • Experience in Azure AD (Group Management, App Registrations).
  • Experience in SharePoint 2013 Server support (in-flight migration project to decommission SP2013).
  • Experience in Endpoint services (Intune for iOS).
  • Experience in Office 365 Mobile and Desktop applications and add-ins
  • Experience in Power Platform administration (DLP Polices, Environment settings, supporting PowerAutomate Flows, PowerApps).
  • Proficient in PowerShell for basic commands/scripting.
