We are excited to announce an opportunity for a seasoned Scrum Delivery Lead (RTE) to join a transformative project at a cutting-edge automotive company. This large-scale Siemens Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) implementation at a state-of-the-art automotive battery manufacturing facility aims to deliver a scalable, fully integrated digital manufacturing environment. Leveraging Opcenter Execution Discrete (MES), the program will streamline operations across Quality, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Production Control.
The initiative will standardize manufacturing processes, enhance data traceability, and enable real-time decision-making, critical for high-volume, precision-driven battery production. To achieve this, we are seeking a Scrum Delivery Lead (RTE) to coordinate multiple Agile teams, drive alignment, and ensure seamless delivery across all workstreams. The Scrum Delivery Lead (RTE) will oversee scaled Agile events, coordinate across multiple teams, and ensure dependencies, risks, and delivery objectives are managed at the program level. This role requires strong facilitation skills, deep knowledge of Agile at scale, and the ability to align multiple workstreams towards common delivery goals.

Key Functional Domains:
  • Manufacturing Execution Work Order Management, Equipment Integration, Material Traceability, Real-time Production Monitoring.
  • Quality Management Non-conformance Tracking, Scrap Management, Integrated Inspection Processes.
  • Logistics & Material Movement Lean Logistics Execution, Parts Call, External Logistics, Container/Pallet Tracking.
  • Production Control & Scheduling Finite Capacity Scheduling, ERP Integration, Dynamic Re-sequencing.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Program-Level Facilitation & Alignment.
    • Lead and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions, ensuring PI objectives are captured, aligned, and communicated.
    • Coordinate cross-team ceremonies such as Scrum of Scrums, MetaScrum, and System Demos.
    • Promote transparency and alignment across all Agile teams.
  • Dependency & Risk Management.
    • Proactively identify, track, and resolve cross-team dependencies.
    • Manage program-level impediments and risks, escalating as needed through a defined framework.
  • Delivery Tracking & Reporting.
    • Monitor and report on program delivery metrics, PI predictability, and feature progress.
    • Maintain Jira Program Boards, configure workflows, and provide program-level reporting.
  • Coaching & Continuous Improvement.
    • Mentor Scrum Masters to elevate Agile maturity across teams.
    • Facilitate Inspect & Adapt workshops, ensuring improvement actions are captured and implemented.
  • Governance & Readiness.
    • Ensure readiness for program-level events, governance reviews, and executive reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in Agile leadership roles, with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master or RTE.
Certifications:
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), or equivalent Agile certifications.
Tools:
  • Advanced Jira expertise, including program boards, reporting, and roadmap creation.
Methodologies:
  • Strong knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe, Scrum@Scale) frameworks.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Preferred:
  • Industry Preference: Manufacturing or similar complex, multi-system integration projects; Siemens Opcenter experience is highly valued.

  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
