Compensation
Pay Range:$51.45-$73.50/Hrs

Description
Manage critical enterprise-wide projects impacting multiple business lines.
Coordinate resources across various lines of business with matrix management responsibility.
Balance soft skills, technical requirements, scheduling, and cost management.
Identify and establish project milestones and timelines.
Manage budgets and work with management to ensure projects remain on budget.
Present progress and issues to upper-level executives and provide solutions.
Adapt to shifting priorities and demands through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee technology implementations, migrations, upgrades, and recoveries.
Identify and mitigate potential issues to keep projects on schedule.
Manage stakeholder expectations and project expectations with team members.
Evaluate problems and plan effective solutions.
Conduct research into project-related issues and products.
Prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments.
Build relationships with technical infrastructure and management groups.

Qualifications
Scrum Master Certification.
7 years of direct work experience with enterprise-wide project management.
Strong experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies.
Financial services background is required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Ability to identify and mitigate potential issues quickly.
