Job Summary:
Quadrant Technologies is seeking a dynamic Vendor Account Manager to lead client and vendor relationships, drive business growth, and oversee end-to-end delivery operations. This role requires strong people management, resource allocation, and strategic planning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client communication, delivery updates, and escalations.
  • Manage internal and vendor resources across multiple projects.
  • Lead people management efforts including onboarding, performance, and retention.
  • Forecast budgets, track spending, and support cost optimization.
  • Identify business growth opportunities and support proposal/RFP efforts.
  • Run targeted sales and outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years in IT account or vendor management.
  • Strong client-facing and people leadership skills.
  • Experience in budget planning, forecasting, and delivery tracking.
  • Familiarity with sales outreach tools and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
