Solution IT Inc. is looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Technical for one of its clients in Remote.
Job Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Technical
Summary
The client's IT team is looking for a resource to support daily operations of their internal development teams and other stakeholders. The team member would be an extension of the current desk-side support team, with emphasis on Dynamics and solutions supporting the client's Door-to-Door sales applications. You'll provide oversight and guidance for offshore developers. This is a hands-on keyboard development lead position.
Essential modules: Field service, Sales and Customer Service
They will be responsible for identifying and implementing the following:
- Assess the client's application optimization potential
- Implement improvements and simplification in the application
- Complete work tasks in an Agile / quick iterations
Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Field Service, Sales, Customer Service modules)
- Hands-on development and solution design
- Experience with Door-to-Door sales applications
- Agile development and quick iteration cycles
- Application optimization and simplification
- Team lead experience with offshore developers
- Strong troubleshooting and support skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Work Site: Remote
Duration: 6+ months
Expected Start Date: Immediate - 2 weeks
