We're seeking a future team member in the role of, Infrastructure Operations Analyst to join our Global Batch Services team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA and will work a Hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week in-office required). Candidate must reside within a commutable distance to this work location, as we are unable to accommodate 100% virtual work arrangements.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • The Production Control team provides 24x7 support for all batch requests and one-time changes.
  • The team monitors and enforces defined OLAs and SLAs and handles targeted application recovery supporting multiple ESP (Automated Workload Scheduler) environments.
  • Production Control processes mainframe and distributed requests, handles abend resolution, maintains exception alerting logic, and works closely with application-aligned support on batch-oriented requirements.
  • The management scope of Production Control includes Production, DR and Test environments and is concentrated on monitoring and recovery elements.
  • Batch request handling, Abend resolution, Batch Scheduling, Incident Escalation, Incident recovery/remediation, Release management/Code Deployment, Application Support, Metric Reporting.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or at least 5 years of equivalent work experience required. 2 - 3 years of related infrastructure experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
  • BMC Control M, Broadcom ESP (Automated Workload Schedulers) experience.
    z/OS, TSO/ISPF. Knowledge of JCL and mainframe utilities.
  • Unix/Windows OS Knowledge, Service Now, Microsoft Office exposure.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.The timing will be 4:00 pm - midnight EST.
