Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing OFSAA solutions to meet our banking clients regulatory compliance, risk management, and profitability objectives. This is a critical techno-functional role requiring both strong technical expertise and a sound understanding of the financial services domain.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and customize OFSAA solutions including modules like FTP, ALM, LRM, PFT, and RRM
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective OFSAA configurations
Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL queries and ETL processes
Integrate OFSAA with upstream and downstream systems
Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks such as Basel III, IFRS 9, Dodd-Frank, CCAR, and DFAST
Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities
Work in Agile teams and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Mandatory Skills
Strong experience in OFSAA (Technical and Techno-Functional)
Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL tuning, and data modeling
Hands-on experience with OFSAA modules: FTP, ALM, LRM, PFT, RRM
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks like Basel III, IFRS 9, Dodd-Frank
Experience with ETL processes, data integration, and reporting tools
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Certification in OFSAA
Experience with Oracle Database technologies (e.g., Exadata)
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Knowledge of Java and web services
Proficiency in Oracle BI tools like OBIEE or OAC
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN)
Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., OCI, AWS)
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Oracle Certified Expert OFSAA
OCI Architect or AWS Certified Solutions Architect (nice to have)
