Description

We are looking for a creative and meticulous Graphic Designer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Plymouth, Minnesota. In this role, you will design and produce high-quality visuals that align with branding and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate is skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and has a passion for creating engaging advertisements, brochures, and digital assets.

Responsibilities:
Develop visually compelling designs for advertisements, brochures, banner ads, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to ensure all designs align with company objectives and brand guidelines.
Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver, to create high-quality digital and print assets.
Maintain consistency in design controls across all projects to uphold brand awareness.
Brainstorm and execute creative concepts for campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Optimize graphics for both web and print to ensure a high standard of presentation.
Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative approaches into your work.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Provide input on design strategies to enhance visual impact and effectiveness.
Work closely with stakeholders to refine designs based on feedback and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver.
Strong experience in designing advertisements, brochures, banner ads, and other marketing assets.
Solid understanding of brand awareness and design controls.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Knowledge of optimizing graphics for both print and digital formats.
Effective collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to create visually impactful designs.
Familiarity with current design trends and the ability to adapt them creatively.
