Job Details




A manufacturing company in Massachusetts is currently seeking a new Project Manager, with deep ERP implementation experience, to join their growing team. A global leader in their industry, the company is enhancing their operations within SAP and is seeking a skilled PM to lead the charge.


***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at like 3 days a week.***


Responsibilities:




  • Guide key stakeholders through system overhall of current SAP system




  • Own and maintain project plans, scope updates, and communication of risks/issues




  • Navigate a dynamic project environment, structured, but not bound by rigid timelines




  • Collaborate cross-functionally and report directly into the Project Management Office (PMO)




  • Influence scope and direction by partnering closely with both IT and business teams




Qualifications:




  • 10+ years of formal Project Management experience




  • Proven track record delivering ERP implementations




  • Background in Finance systems and process improvement projects




  • 2-3 years managing IT projects within Agile/Scrum methodologies




  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical detail to business needs




Desired Skills:




  • Working knowledge of SAP S4HANA




  • Experience in regulated or GxP industries
