A globally leading technology company is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support critical data and process activities during our fiscal year-end and the launch of the new fiscal year. Job Responsibilities:
Data Processing & Analysis: Support data activities related to revenue recognition, territory management, account hierarchies, partner programs, sales transactions, and sales compensation. Assist in validating and preparing data used for reporting, crediting, and fiscal planning. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and support improvements in data quality and workflows.
System Integration & Issue Escalation: Work with cross-functional teams
(engineering, IT, sales, finance) to identify, document, and escalate issues
in sales, partner, or revenue-related systems. Help support the smooth flow
of data between tools through validation, formatting, and system-specific
processes.
Process Improvement: Assist with documenting manual data intake
processes and identifying opportunities for automation. Support team efforts
to streamline workflows related to transaction processing, partner data
handling, and revenue crediting.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with FTE team members and
stakeholders across sales operations, finance, and engineering to align on
execution timelines and ensure accurate, audit-ready data. Participate in
fiscal year-end and kickoff activities, including hierarchy updates and
territory model transitions.
Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver process documentation
and maintain up-to-date documentation on systems and workflows. Support
documentation of transition plans as workflows move from manual to
automated.
Key Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or business
process support roles
Strong analytical skills for managing and interpreting large datasets and
familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce
Experience supporting data quality, hierarchy updates, partner programs, or
transaction-level data
Comfortable following defined processes and checklists, with a strong eye
for detail and data accuracy
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Wrike is helpful
Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and systems
teams
Able to work independently, take initiative, and adapt in environments with
shifting priorities or limited documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic understanding of ETL workflows, middleware, or data integration
concepts (e.g., Mulesoft)
Exposure to revenue recognition concepts (e.g., ASC 606) and revenue
crediting logic is a plus
Familiarity with account and territory models in CRM systems and master
data management (MDM) tools (e.g., STIBO)
Experience with partner program reporting or intake workflows
Exposure to data and reporting tools like Tableau and SQL is a plus
Understanding of sales crediting workflows or automation tools is beneficial

Education:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience required.

Type: Contract
Duration: 12 months (with possibility to extend)

Pay rate: $ 30.00 - $ 45.00 (DOE)
