Role: Technical Business Analyst (Dynamics 365 & Payments)

Locations: Atlanta, GA/ Chicago, IL (Hybrid Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Candidate needs the in the office 3-4 Days every week. Local or candidates from adjacent states only.

Must have: Technical Business Analyst, D365 & Payments, retail banking, or payments domain

Role Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with expertise in retail banking and payment systems and hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications
  • This hybrid role bridges business needs and technical solutions ensuring successful delivery of banking and payment related projects leveraging Dynamics 365

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Requirement Gathering Collaborate with stakeholders telicit document and validate requirements for retail banking and payment processes
  • Azure DevOps Backlog Refinement Maintain and refine user stories acceptance criteria and prioritize backlog items for development teams
  • Solution Design Support Translate business needs into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 modules Finance Customer Service Payments
  • Process Mapping Optimization Analyze workflows identify gaps and recommend improvements aligned with industry best practices
  • Integration Data Management Support integration of Dynamics 365 with core banking systems payment gateways and third-party applications
  • Testing Quality Assurance Develop test cases coordinate UAT and ensure solutions meet functional and regulatory requirements
  • Documentation Training Prepare user guides process documentation and deliver training sessions for end users
  • Compliance Security Ensure adherence banking regulations PCI DSS standards and data privacy requirements

Required Skills Qualifications:

  • Education bachelor s degree in business finance computer science or related field

Experience:

  • 5 years as a Business Analyst in retail banking or payments domain
  • 3 years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations Customer Engagement

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of payment systems card processing and banking operations
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps API integrations data migration and SQL
  • Soft Skills Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile methodology and tools Jira Azure DevOps
  • Knowledge of IS20022 SWIFT and ACH payment standards
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365"
