Business Systems Analyst III

• Fully Remote and who can support during US business hours and for daily calls early EST.
• Work with SME
• Must be worked on Agile functionality
• Work exclusively with Developers, Architects, and Product Owner about the document and story format. Product Owner should be able to do the service functionality
• Should be involved in testing scenarios, Life cycle deployment

Skills Required:

• 6-8 years of hands-on Business Analysis experience in a complex regulated environment
• Experienced in implementing projects using Application ServiceNow, SharePoint, Teams, GRC experience

Service manager skills and global client experience.

• Agile methodologies
• Strong communication skills
• Well worse with Service Now platform,

More on BA skills like creating stories, etc.

• Process modeling tools : Vision. EXCEL, Powerpoint
• Major on Microsoft suite application tools such as Excel, Project, Visio, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint,
• Preferred exposure to Azure DevOps and Agile Development
• Strong software design skills and usability
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with many levels of management, and interface between technical team and business owners
