Business Systems Analyst III
- Fully Remote and who can support during US business hours and for daily calls early EST.
- Work with SME
- Must be worked on Agile functionality
- Work exclusively with Developers, Architects, and Product Owner about the document and story format. Product Owner should be able to do the service functionality
- Should be involved in testing scenarios, Life cycle deployment
Skills Required:
- 6-8 years of hands-on Business Analysis experience in a complex regulated environment
- Experienced in implementing projects using Application ServiceNow, SharePoint, Teams, GRC experience
Service manager skills and global client experience.
- Agile methodologies
- Strong communication skills
- Well worse with Service Now platform,
More on BA skills like creating stories, etc.
- Process modeling tools : Vision. EXCEL, Powerpoint
- Major on Microsoft suite application tools such as Excel, Project, Visio, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint,
- Preferred exposure to Azure DevOps and Agile Development
- Strong software design skills and usability
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with many levels of management, and interface between technical team and business owners
