Complete Remote - Immediate interviews for Agile Delivery Lead - 9 months contract to Hire


We are looking for a seasoned Agile Delivery Lead to guide cross-functional engineering teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a passion for empowering engineering teams to deliver value continuously.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) for engineering teams.
Ensure timely and quality delivery of engineering features and platform capabilities.
Drive sprint execution and remove blockers to enable smooth team functioning.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering Managers to align on priorities and delivery goals.
Track team velocity, burn-down charts, and other delivery KPIs to optimize performance.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
Act as a servant leader and coach to teams, encouraging autonomy and accountability.
Support dependency management and risk mitigation across squads or streams.

Required Experience & Skills:

7+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles (Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or similar).
3+ years of experience leading Agile delivery for engineering or software development teams.
Proven experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD processes.
Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Familiarity with engineering tools (Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins).
