About the Role:
As a Software Engineering Associate, you will contribute to initiatives of low to moderate complexity within the Software Engineering domain. You'll support the development and improvement of engineering processes, analyze technical challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who are early in their software engineering careers and eager to grow their technical and problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to software engineering projects by analyzing requirements, evaluating alternatives, and implementing solutions for low-to-medium risk deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of best practices across engineering workflows.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and present recommendations to resolve technical challenges.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals, compliance standards, and engineering policies.
- Provide technical support and documentation to internal clients and engineering partners.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering or equivalent experience through a combination of work, consulting, military service, training, or education.
- Proficiency in software development fundamentals and familiarity with engineering tools and practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
