Job Description:

• We are seeking a Helix ITSM Application Migration Specialist with strong hands-on experience in BMC Helix platform development, migration, and administration. This role is critical for the successful upgrade and migration of BMC Remedy/Helix ITSM applications from on-premise environments to cloud-based platforms.
• The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across orchestration, automation, scripting, and data migration, and must be proficient with tools commonly used in modern DevOps pipelines. Prior experience with version 21.3 or higher of BMC Helix ITSM is required

REQUIRED:

• Design, develop, and deploy applications on the Kubernetes platform, including Helm Chart creation and customization.
• Automate deployment pipelines using Jenkins and Groovy scripting.
• Develop and maintain Ansible automation scripts.
• Perform shell scripting on Linux for operational and maintenance tasks.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL scripts, including stored procedures and job scheduling.
• Conduct AR System development for ITSM modules, including CMDB structural changes.
• Provide administration and support for BMC Helix ITSM (v21.3 or later).
• Manage Foundation Data loading and transformation.
• Lead or support application upgrades and migrations for Remedy/Helix ITSM on-premise environments.
• Migrate data from on-premise to cloud using Helix Data Manager (HDM).
• Utilize Splunk and Kafka for operational logging and real-time data flow monitoring.
• Analyze system logs using AR System Log Analyzer to identify and resolve performance and application issues.
• Build dashboards and metrics reports using Helix Dashboards (Grafana-based)
