Job Description:
  • The Service XXgner will support multiple digital transformation projects, delivering iterative human-centered design activities.
  • The designer will work across channels, identifying service gaps and co-creating impactful service improvements.
  • The role involves direct collaboration with program teams and must adapt to changing user and business needs across various government services.
Responsibilities:
  • IntegXX human-centered design methods into program reviews and digital transformation projects.
  • Analyze and document outcomes related to service efficiency and ease of citizen access.
  • Assess user and employee experience across service channels and identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Plan and deliver user and behavioral research, co-design workshops, prototyping, concept testing, journey mapping, and usability testing.
  • Develop service blueprints, process maps, user story maps, and stXXgy roadmaps.
  • Document end-to-end service journeys and related metrics.
  • Support change management by co-designing new processes and policies with program teams.
  • Create integration plans for new solutions into current operations by evaluating delivery migration, policy innovation, change management, and culture.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Experience with service design research and outputs. 2 years.
  • Experience working within a cross-functional product team in an Agile environment. 2 years.
Should Have:
  • Experience planning, conducting, and analyzing qualitative field research. 2 years.
  • Experience leading co-design workshops with service users. 3 years.
  • Experience conducting usability testing of production or prototype systems. 1 year.
  • Experience as a Service XXgner in a cross-functional team delivering digital services, including concept testing and prototyping. 2 years.
  • Experience working with organizational change such as change management, policy, or staffing adjustments. 2 years.
  • Experience working as a Service XXgner on large service innovation or digital transformation projects. 2 years.
Qualification And Education:
  • Must provide a criminal record check upon request.
  • Completion of mandatory training including FOIP, Cybersecurity, Information Candidateagement, and Respect in the Workplace.
  • Additional mandatory or optional training may be required.
