Job Title: Sr. Endpoint Systems Engineer (Contract)

Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: Up to 18 months

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Endpoint Systems Engineers to join a growing team of five responsible for supporting all endpoints across a complex enterprise environment. This includes Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Linux, mobile devices, secure enterprise browsers, and locally hosted servers. The team also supports virtual workspace platforms and upcoming cloud-based projects.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Level 3 support for Windows-based devices (Win10/11)
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex endpoint issues across various OS platforms
• Administering and supporting AWS Workspaces and AppStream 2.0 environments
• Regularly working within Workspace ONE for device management (approx. 25% of work)
• Troubleshooting Windows and mobile device issues (approx. 50%)
• Supporting virtual EEM platforms (approx. 25%)
• Contributing to support and implementation of upcoming AppStream 2.0 project (launching Q3)
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting procedures
• Participating in ticket resolution and analysis of endpoint trends to improve automation

• Virtualization and endpoint security tools

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a systems engineering role supporting multi-OS environments
• Recent hands-on experience with iOS/Android EMM tools (e.g., Workspace ONE)
• Strong experience with AWS virtual desktop infrastructure (Workspaces, AppStream 2.0)
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Chrome, and cloud-based environments
• Familiarity with Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, and endpoint deployment tools
• Admin-level knowledge of Active Directory (1–2+ years)
• Experience with IT ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze support trends to identify automation opportunities
• Comfortable working in agile/SCRUM environments
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Windows certifications are a plus

Nice to Have:

• Willingness to work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule to expand coverage (not currently required)
• Experience with PowerShell or similar scripting languages
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise endpoint security
