This is a 6 month contract, with possible extension or conversion to FTE. This is an onsite in Louisville, KY Data Entry /Tier 1 customer service position.
No Corp to Corp H1B and No sponsorship. No Outside vendors.
Must pass background and drug screen. Hours 8am-5pm est onsite in Louisville, KY
We are seeking a contract temp for an opening in our Tier 1 helpdesk support team. This is an entry level position initially focused on processing end-user requests for data entry into our EMR, Homecare Homebase. We require attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to follow established processes and guidelines. Once the candidate is established, additional training will occur to expand the candidates knowledge of our EMR, support tools, and processes leading to the candidate providing direct technical support to our end users via phone and/or ServiceNow incidents.
