We are seeking a seasoned Director of Sales with a proven track record in selling Product Engineering and Digital Transformation Services to global enterprises. This is a high-impact individual contributor role, expected to evolve into a team leadership position.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage and grow high-value accounts; transform them into strategic, long-term partnerships

Achieve revenue and booking targets across assigned portfolio

Lead GTM strategy across accounts, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities

Build and maintain CXO-level and influencer relationships within client organizations

Partner with Solutions and Delivery teams to drive profitable growth

Capture client insights and feed them into strategic sales planning

Maintain sales forecasts, market intelligence, and customer insights
-
Align with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Legal, Sales Ops) to drive integrated execution

Contribute as a hands-on sales leader, with the potential to scale into team leadership

Build a sustainable order book and revenue pipeline

Win multi-year, large-scale digital and engineering deals

Deepen wallet share in existing key accounts

Drive new logo acquisitions within target industry segments

14+ years of enterprise sales experience in IT services/consulting
-
Deep expertise in selling Product Engineering, Digital Transformation, or Hi-Tech Services
-
Strong background with Semiconductor, Hi-Tech, or Communications clients
-
Proven success in consultative selling and closing multi-million dollar deals

Experience working with globally distributed teams

Executive presence, relationship-building, and negotiation capabilities

Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex sales cycles

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

Willingness to travel occasionally based on business needs
