Role: SAP GRC Implementation Consultant [Banking]

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Implementation Consultant to lead and execute a critical SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) project for a prominent banking group.

Job Description: Looking for an SAP GRC Specialist with a proven track record and strong references in successful implementations, particularly within the Banking sector. The project involves the full lifecycle implementation of SAP GRC solutions.

Client Situation: This is an exciting opportunity to work with a client that has already invested in SAP Rise Private Edition and holds SAP GRC licenses. The client has already completed pre-sales activities with SAP and is now issuing an RFP for implementation services. This roles will be instrumental in defining the project plan and guiding the client through the functional and technical aspects of the GRC solution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of SAP GRC solutions.
  • Collaborate with the client to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct workshops and gather detailed business requirements for GRC processes (e.g., Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management).
  • Configure and customize SAP GRC modules to meet the client's specific banking industry requirements and regulatory compliance needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for GRC implementation and process optimization.
  • Oversee data migration, testing, and user training activities.
  • Ensure successful go-live and provide post-implementation support.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the client, leveraging deep knowledge of SAP GRC and banking industry regulations.

MUST HAVES:

  • Proven experience in leading and successfully delivering multiple SAP GRC implementation projects.
  • Strong background and demonstrable experience with SAP GRC within the Financial Services/Banking Industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP GRC modules (e.g., Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management, Audit Management).
  • Familiarity with SAP Rise Private Edition environments is a plus.
