Job Details
Seeking a highly experienced resource to lead the development and validation of site-wide UX metrics, reporting systems, and behavioral data modeling. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone with deep expertise in UX measurement, data science, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will work closely with UX researchers, product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to build a system that accurately measures and predicts user experience outcomes using both survey and behavioral data.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate quantitative UX metrics across the product ecosystem.
- Build scalable reporting systems to track UX performance and trends.
- Merge and model survey data with behavioral data from the data warehouse.
- Apply statistical testing, causal inference, and predictive modeling to UX datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align metrics with business and product goals.
- Explore and apply ML/AI techniques to extract patterns from raw text data (e.g., open-ended survey responses).
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in UX analytics, data science, or behavioral research.
- Proven experience in UX metric development and validation.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and modeling.
- Strong foundation in statistical analysis, causal inference, and experimental design.
- Experience working with survey data, user behavior logs, and data warehouses.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Master s or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., HCI, Data Science, Psychology, Statistics).
Nice to Have
- Experience applying machine learning or natural language processing (NLP) to analyze raw text data.
- Familiarity with tools like R, Jupyter, Tableau, or Looker.
- Background in predictive UX modeling or goal-setting frameworks.
