Provide IT support to internal employees by phone and in-person
Scope of Work:
- Provide customer service by phone and in-person
- Reset passwords in Active Directory
- Enroll mobile devices in DUO
- Install software on Windows and Mac devices
- Assist customers with mobile devices (iPhones and iPads)
- Troubleshooting issues such as audio/microphone issues, failed software installs, VPN, etc.
- Answer questions about Google Workspace
- Direct customers to the IT Service Portal
Required Skills and Abilities: - IT Service Desk knowledge, skills and abilities
- Customer service knowledge, skills and abilities
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures
Minimum Number of Years Experience: One year
