RF Test Engineer

Position Overview:

We re looking for a motivated, hands-on RF Manufacturing Test Engineer who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to real-world missions. You ll work alongside our design, quality, and deployment teams to test and validate cutting-edge 5G and RF systems that power critical operations.

This role is ideal for early-career professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving technical challenges, and want to build expertise in modern wireless and AI-driven technologies. The position involves approximately 25 30% travel to customer sites to support product integration into client ecosystems.

Key responsibilities:

• Support testing of RF and 5G systems using standard lab tools and procedures
• Execute test plans, collect and analyze results, and report findings accurately
• Collaborate with senior engineers to validate system integration and field performance
• Assist with lab setup, calibration, and equipment maintenance
• Prepare concise test documentation and contribute to technical reports
• Participate in hands-on field testing and client site validation as required

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship (security clearance eligibility required)
• Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity
• 0 3 years of experience (internships or projects in RF, electronics, or communication preferred)
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and develop technical depth
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and teamwork skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Chantilly, VA

Preferred Skills

• Basic experience with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators)
• Familiarity with Python, MATLAB, or scripting for test automation
• Exposure to Software-Defined Radio (SDR) or wireless communication systems
• Interest in AI-driven systems or embedded hardware development
