Job Details
We are seeking experienced Analog Layout Engineers with hands-on TSMC N3 experience to support advanced analog and mixed-signal IC development. This role focuses on deep-submicron layout execution for high-performance designs in leading-edge process nodes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform full-custom analog and mixed-signal layout in TSMC N3
- Layout of critical blocks including amplifiers, LDOs, PLLs, ADC/DACs, and SerDes support circuitry
- Ensure layout quality, matching, symmetry, and parasitic optimization
- Run and debug LVS, DRC, ERC, and extraction
- Collaborate closely with circuit designers to optimize performance, yield, and reliability
- Support tape-out activities and layout signoff
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with TSMC N3 technology
- Strong background in analog / mixed-signal IC layout
