Job Description

Technical Support Specialist III - Dosimetry & Network Systems

Oakwood Village, OH (On-site) | Travel: Up to 20%

Make an impact every day

As a Technical Support Specialist III, you'll support our brand-new NetDose digital ecosystem, which includes wearable dosimeters, communication gateways, and secure cloud-based software. Your work directly helps protect workers in critically important environments like defense, energy, and emergency response. You'll diagnose complex device-to-cloud issues, deliver training, and collaborate across engineering, product, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What you'll do
  • Act as subject matter authority for NetDose, including wearables, gateways, and cloud software.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, RF, and device-to-cloud networking issues.
  • Support public, private, and government cloud integrations (including FedRAMP/DoD environments).
  • Deliver clear, confident technical training remotely and onsite.
  • Log cases and feedback in Salesforce; use Genesys Cloud for customer engagement.
  • Conduct root cause analysis; collaborate with cross-functional teams for resolution and improvement.
  • Define standard methodologies, keep documentation updated, and meet SLA requirements.

What you bring

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics
  • 5+ years in technical support for IoT, radiation safety, instrumentation, or networked systems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware/software/network layers
  • Experience with Salesforce and Genesys (or similar CRM/call tools)
  • Clear communication in both written documentation and live presentations
  • Willingness to be based in or relocate to Oakwood Village, OH
Preferred
  • Experience with dosimetry, radiation detection, or nuclear safety systems
  • Prior work in government-regulated environments or contract support
  • RF/networking certifications or embedded systems experience
  • Familiarity with device-cloud security protocols
