The account team is really looking for someone with Salesforce Health Cloud experience AND Payor experience combined.
They are willing to come off the SF HC if the person commits to coming up to speed on it / get certified in the 1st month.
But then they require 1. Salesforce BSA experience 2. Payor is a MUST. 3. Strong BSA experience and all have to be excellent communicators.
Looking for a Salesforce BSA . This is NOT a simple Business Analyst requirement, but a Salesforce Sales/Service/ Experience Cloud Analayst, who can do very good and clear Solution Design in Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Cloud
1. As a Sales/Service/Experience Cloud SFDC Consultant, the person should have driven or played an integral role in a minimum of 4-5 different Sales/Service/Experience Cloud Salesforce.com implementations, of not less than 6 months each.
2. Total IT industry experience of at least 8 years, with at least 5 of those in Salesforce.com and Sales/Service/Experience Cloud. Projects experience with specific reference to CRM Roadmap planning and Sales/Service/Experience Cloud / Salesforce / Force.com Implementation / Architectural oversight will be necessary.
3. Should have experience working with SFDC objects, configuration, and administration essentials.
4. Must have worked in minimum of 1-2 Health Cloud implementations
5. Experience and domain knowledge in Healthcare payer business is a huge plus
6. Experience in the Financial Services cloud is a huge plus
7. Must have strong interpersonal/ stakeholder management skills
