Baer is looking for a Mobile Lead for a 9+ month project located in Atlanta, GA
Title: Mobile Lead
Location: Hybrid - Atlanta, GA
Duration: 9 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Description:

• Lead and manage a mobile development team through a 6-week knowledge transfer from an incumbent team.
• Coordinate with remote team members to ensure smooth delivery and collaboration.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in Swift, Kotlin, SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, Objective-C, and Java.
• Guide and support developers on Git workflows, including pull requests and branching strategies.
• Oversee integration of third-party SDKs and manage app permission flows (location, push notifications, biometrics, etc.).
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, including Github Actions, and handle deployments to the App Store and Play Store
• Generate build artifacts using terminal commands for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Ensure quality through the use of automated testing frameworks such as XCTest, XCUITest, JUnit, and Espresso.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading mobile development teams.
• Expertise in modern mobile development frameworks and languages.
• Strong knowledge of mobile architecture, CI/CD, and developer tooling.
• Solid understanding of App Store / Play Store deployment processes.
• Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments with distributed teams.
