Job Details
Title: IT Business Analyst (Mid-level)
Location: Remote (Quarterly travel to Houston, TX)
Requirements:
- Business Analyst should perform project management tasks
- 5+ years of experience working as an IT business analyst
- 5+ years of experience gathering business requirements and developing user stories
- Must be agile certified and be able to document business action items from workshops.
- Understanding of and experience in IT project management methodologies, requirements management, quality assurance and IT processes.
- Experience developing AS-IS and TO-BE business process flows.
- Knowledge of business re-engineering principles and processes, the ability to identify, capture, and translate business requirements.
- Support the tracking of the lifecycle of business requirements from JIRA stories, through testing (requirements tracking),
- Support the tracking/monitoring of key business decisions.
- Document business action items and track/monitor of business action items through to completion.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation, facilitation, and coordination skills.
- Must have excellent experience using MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
