Overview
We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to guide teams and the organization in adopting Agile methodologies, improving delivery performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong coaching, facilitation, and leadership skills with hands-on experience in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, development teams, and leadership on Agile principles and best practices.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews, ensuring smooth and effective execution.
Assess the organization s Agile maturity and develop tailored improvement strategies.
Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, self-organization, and accountability.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to remove impediments and improve workflow.
Train teams on Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP) and guide them through transformation milestones.
Partner with leadership to align Agile processes with business goals and strategic initiatives.
Monitor team performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and Agile maturity assessments.
Support the adoption of Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Agile coaching or Scrum Master roles.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to coach at team and organizational levels.
Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments.
Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally).
Preferred Qualifications
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), or equivalent certifications.
Experience with large-scale Agile transformations (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
Background in software development or product delivery.
Experience coaching senior leaders and driving cultural change
