Role: Senior IT Project Manager (VOIP)
Location: Oakland, CA- Hybrid (3 days onsite mandatory)
Duration 6-12 months
Summary: Seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex projects under general direction. This role requires advanced project management expertise, overseeing the project lifecycle from inception to completion with a focus on scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and direct daily operations of project teams, ensuring efficient project execution.
- Manage project lifecycle, including developing timelines, budgets, and milestones.
- Monitor project progress, address deviations, and propose solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend professional consulting services, including contract negotiation and administration.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, resolving issues and ensuring project alignment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of Project Manager experience
- Need experience with VOIP and security protocols on Networking.
- Experience with Cisco and Juniper Systems.
- Proficiency in project management principles, budget management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to lead teams, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build effective relationships.
