Salesforce Developer Hybrid (Okemos, MI)

Location: Okemos, Michigan (Hybrid must be local to MI)
Type: W2 Contract

Interview: Single round Face-to-Face

< data-start="1319" data-end="1359">Required Skills & Qualifications:</>

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (junior-mid level profile preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.

  • Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, and Triggers.

  • Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare IT compliance.

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

  • Must be local to Michigan (Okemos/Lansing area preferred).

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions across Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

  • Develop and maintain custom Apex code, LWC/Aura components, Flows, Triggers, and automation processes.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and best practices in data security and integration.

  • Work closely with teams to support integrations with Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, and Snowflake.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance of Salesforce applications.
