Job Details
We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in managing enterprise security programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance, along with hands-on knowledge of security operations and vulnerability management. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, developing actionable insights, and ensuring alignment between security initiatives and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cybersecurity programs that strengthen the organizations overall security posture.
- Develop and manage governance frameworks, security controls, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with IT, business units, and senior management to identify, assess, and address security risks.
- Monitor and evaluate threat intelligence and vulnerability findings to recommend appropriate remediation actions.
- Conduct complex operational analyses and support data-driven decision-making for cybersecurity strategy.
- Review and approve analytical findings and recommendations to be presented to executive leadership.
- Lead medium to large project teams, providing direction, mentorship, and performance oversight.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and executive summaries on program performance, risk posture, and key metrics.
- Guide and mentor junior analysts to develop technical and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master s preferred).
- 5 8 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or information assurance.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing security teams or cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).
- Proficiency in risk assessment, governance, and compliance processes.
- Exposure to vulnerability management tools and processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
