Description
We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer End User Support to join our team in Medina, Ohio. This Contract-to-Permanent position will focus on delivering secure, efficient solutions for end-user devices while addressing IT-related concerns across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise-level support, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to embrace new technologies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Configure, implement, and maintain end-user devices to ensure stability, security, and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues, providing timely support to users at various organizational levels.
Collaborate with global teams to deliver enterprise-level end-user support and solutions.
Analyze and synthesize data to optimize workflows and procedures.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring deadlines and objectives are consistently met.
Promote and improve quality standards within the organization through attention to detail and accuracy.
Adapt to evolving work environments, managing competing demands and unexpected challenges with flexibility.
Foster strong teamwork by actively contributing to group goals and maintaining open communication.
Uphold organizational values by working ethically and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers, addressing needs promptly and professionally.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical/business field.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in enterprise-level end-user support within a global team.
Proficiency in cloud technologies, Dell EMC and Dell Technologies, and Active Directory.
Knowledge of backup technologies and Avaya systems.
Strong expertise in PC hardware and workstation support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative and detail-oriented mindset.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently while thriving in a team environment.
High-energy and well-organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
