Job Details

Job Title: – Database Architect
Work Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data architectures, including relational databases, data warehouses, and data lakes
Lead advanced analytics initiatives to support healthcare programs and business decision-making
Develop and enforce enterprise data models, metadata standards, and data governance practices
Architect and manage ETL pipelines using Informatica and related integration tools
Design cloud-based data solutions using Snowflake on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform platforms
Ensure data security, accessibility (EIR compliance), and regulatory adherence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and usability
Optimize data storage, performance, and retrieval strategies
Provide technical leadership and mentorship for data and analytics teams

Required Skills & Qualifications
12+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing
12+ years of experience with business intelligence, big data, and advanced analytics solutions
Strong expertise in SQL and relational database technologies
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)
Experience designing cloud-based data architectures using Snowflake
Proven experience leading and managing complex analytics projects
Strong knowledge of data architecture principles, best practices, and data governance
Experience with ETL tools, particularly Informatica
Experience integrating data via APIs, EHR systems, and real-time data streams
Knowledge of healthcare data standards such as FHIR, HL7, and CCDA
Understanding of data security, cloud infrastructure, and compliance requirements
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and deliver enterprise-scale solutions
