Programmer Analyst (.Net, C#)
Location: Martinez, CA (2 days onsite every week)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract To Hire

Summary:
  • Day to day, supports 3rd party apps and web dev, the web dev uses MS stack ASP, C#, MVC, SQL
  • 3rd party custom dev required to build out logic, Avanti heat? Want to implement service now in a few years someone with dev skills should be able to write the logic
  • IVR in contact some dev, Javascript like language
  • Full stack needed this role y backup to IVR and ITSM systems - if solid OO is there, they can handle this
  • Other part is to help web dev team MVC, SQL
  • Build own APIs new
  • Frontend HTML, CSS
  • ITSM on the cusp of being a must have admin
  • Azure a lot of systems not in the cloud, new manager wants to get them there
Projects:
  • Work flow for IVR backlog
  • The ITSM heat backlog, another year of work
  • ITSM documenting, preparing themselves to implement ServiceNow
Required:
  • Proficiency in C# programming language
  • Strong understanding of Core framework
  • Experience with T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server for database management
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development
  • Proficiency in Visual Studio IDE for development and debugging
  • Familiarity with MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs for integration with other systems
  • Administering an IT Service Management system
Preferred:
  • ServiceNow certified developer or administrator
  • Ability to work with on prem and Azure cloud services for deployment and hosting
  • PowerShell
  • Cloud (Entra) and on-prem Active Directory
  • Windows Server, IIS, networking fundamentals like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs
